Who we are

Anthony Lawrence Interiors designs, supplies and installs kitchens from our showroom at 119-121 High Street, Uppermill, Saddleworth, OL3 6BD. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Information we collect

When you contact us

When you request a call back, send an enquiry, email or phone us, we collect the details you give us. Depending on the form, that can include your name, phone number, email address, the postcode of the property, your budget, a preferred time to visit, details of a development and anything you write in your message. We also keep a record of our conversations and, if you go ahead with a project, the details we need to design, supply and install your kitchen, including measurements, drawings and payment records.

When you browse the website

We use analytics to understand how the website is used so we can improve it. This records the pages you view, where you arrived from, which links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, how quickly pages load, and general details about your device and browser such as its type, screen size and approximate location based on your IP address. It also records anonymised replays of visits so we can see where the site is confusing or hard to use. Replays never capture what you type into forms.

We do not use this information to identify you, we do not combine it with the details you send us, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

Our analytics keep a cookie in your browser so we can follow a visit from page to page. It expires after 12 months. We also record replays of visits, with anything you type hidden. We don't need to ask first, because this is only used to measure and improve this website. Nothing goes to advertisers, and only PostHog, which runs the analytics for us, sees it.

To stop this browser sending any analytics data to us, turn analytics off. That also deletes the cookie. We remember that choice by storing a single setting in your browser. You can turn analytics back on by following this link. We also respect the Do Not Track setting in your browser.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our business and this website. They only process your information on our instructions and must keep it secure.

  • Basin receives and delivers the enquiry forms on this website.
  • PostHog provides our website analytics. Data is stored in its EU cloud.
  • Vercel hosts this website and keeps short-term server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
  • Adobe Fonts, jsDelivr, cdnjs (Cloudflare) and Amazon CloudFront deliver the fonts and code libraries the website uses, so they receive your IP address when pages load.

We may also share information if the law requires it. Links to Google Maps and Google reviews take you to Google's own services, which are covered by Google's privacy policy.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based in, or use servers in, countries outside the UK, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by contractual safeguards approved under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 2 years after we last hear from you.
  • Customer and project records: 6 years after the project finishes, to meet our tax and legal obligations and to support any warranty or aftercare.
  • Website analytics: up to 12 months. Visit replays: up to 30 days.
